Each will be paired with a chef-curated course:
Appetizer
- Dish: Tomato Basil & Roasted Pepper Bisque in a Bread Bowl
- Wine Pairing: La Forra Chianti Riserva (2020)
- Why it works: The soup’s tomato acidity plays beautifully with Chianti’s bright cherry character, creating a lively, palate-refreshing start.
- Wine tasting note: 2020 shows a rich ruby red color. Subtle wood tones balanced with ripe red fruits, balsamic notes, and bitter orange. Pleasantly dry and vinous with smooth, ripe tannins; mouthfeel hints of balm, incense, and herbal tea; long vanilla-and-chocolate finish.
